Our Goal To be your financial partner for life. Our Founder Maureen Bigger is a financial advisor and the founder of Bigger & Company. Maureen assists business owners and executives with Business Continuation, Asset Protection, and Succession planning; Executive Benefits, and Retirement planning; and Estate and financial planning strategies. She also conducts the BusinessKillers© workshops in Virginia and Maryland. Ms. Bigger serves as co-chair of the Mentor Protégé Committee, and is a past board member of Women in Technology; is a member of the Executive Women’s Board of the City Club of Washington; serves on the Board of Governors for the Capital Society; and is a founding member of the Business Resource Advisory Group and the DC Dynamos. Maureen Bigger earned a B.S. degree in Finance from George Mason University and is currently working toward the Chartered Financial Consultant designation. A native Californian, Ms. Bigger moved to Virginia with her husband in 1994. She and her husband, John live in Alexandria with their Labrador Retriever. She is an avid reader, enjoys sailing and needlework, and attempts the game of golf.
